All online orders ship via USPS Ground or Priority. Orders ship from Texas --- USPS Priority is typically 1 – 3 business days and USPS Ground delivery is typically 2 – 5 days within the lower 48. Please note, we only ship to US at this time.
All rates are calculated in real-time (by USPS) on our site on the first page of the checkout process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before proceeding to checkout.

Free shipping only includes shipments made to addresses within the lower 48 continental United States, except as otherwise noted for orders that reach a higher minimum order total.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. Behold Botanical Tea is not responsible for orders once they leave our facility.
We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance with your order should there be any occurrence of loss or damage in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace or re-ship products for any orders that do not include the purchase of Corso Shipping Protection.
HOW TO ADD CORSO:
CORSO is automatically calculated and added to your cart upon checkout. *If you choose to remove this from your cart, Behold Botanical Tea is not responsible for any loss or damages in transit and will not issue any refunds or replacements.
CORSO PROCESS:
In the event your package is lost, stolen, not received or damaged in transit, you can simply file a claim. Please send an email with your order # in the subject line, attach photos of the products you are claiming, give a brief description of the concern. Send emails to hello@beholdtea.com
CORSO REQUIREMENTS:
Deadline to report an issue - All issues must be reported within 30 days of the order date.
• Damaged: Within 30 days of when the package is marked delivered
• Lost (domestic): Between 7 – 30 days from the last tracking date
• Delivered not received: Between 5 – 15 days of when the package is marked delivered
• Stolen: Between 5 – 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
We require these wait-to-file periods for stolen and lost orders as packages are sometime delayed in transit or prematurely marked delivered.
Tracking Your Packages
Tracking your orders placed at Beholdtea.com is easy. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number which you can use to track your package at USPS.com.
