Refund policy

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or exchanges on products formulated for consumption. If your order was damaged during transit, lost, or simply not delivered and you purchased CORSO Shipping Protection, please file a claim with CORSO. If you did not purchase shipping protection and there is a problem with your shipment, please contact the designated delivery service to file a claim.

We strive for order accuracy to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. Although we do not generally offer exchanges, there is an exception in cases of discrepancies. If you encounter any discrepancies between your order and what you received, please contact our customer service immediately for prompt assistance. All discrepancies must be reported within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests for exchange will not be accepted after 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Items shipped back as an exchange must be matched to your original invoice. Please provide any information that can help us identify the account or original purchase that matches the exchanged items. Exchanged items must be in their original, undamaged, unopened packaging to qualify for an exchange. We will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange if the error was made by Behold Botanical Tea.
