Damaged or Lost Packages

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. Behold Botanical Tea is not responsible for orders once they leave our facility.

We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance with your order should there be any occurrence of loss or damage in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace or   re-ship products for any orders that do not include the purchase of Corso Shipping Protection.

HOW TO ADD CORSO:

CORSO is automatically calculated and added to your cart upon checkout. *If you choose to remove this from your cart, Behold Botanical Tea is not responsible for any loss or damages in transit and will not issue any refunds or replacements.

CORSO PROCESS:

In the event your package is lost, stolen, not received or damaged in transit, you can simply file a claim. Please send an email with your order # in the subject line, attach photos of the products you are claiming, give a brief description of the concern. Send emails to hello@beholdtea.com

CORSO REQUIREMENTS:

Deadline to report an issue - All issues must be reported within 30 days of the order date.

• Damaged: Within 30 days of when the package is marked delivered
• Lost (domestic): Between 7 – 30 days from the last tracking date
• Delivered not received: Between 5 – 15 days of when the package is marked delivered
• Stolen: Between 5 – 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

We require these wait-to-file periods for stolen and lost orders as packages are sometime delayed in transit or prematurely marked delivered.

Tracking your orders placed at Beholdtea.com is easy. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number which you can use to track your package at USPS.com. 

Do any of the blends contain caffeine?

StrongMind, BFF, Uplifted and BodyBalance each contain a true tea and are therefore naturally caffeinated; all the other blends are naturally caffeine free. 

How should I store the blend?

For optimum freshness, ensure the ziplock is securely closed and store in a cool, dark, dry place. Alternatively, transfer the contents to an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dark, dry place.

What is the shelf life?

While herbs and spices generally don’t spoil, they do lose their potency over time. How herbs and spices are stored plays a large role in how long they retain their potency. The recommended shelf life for our blends is 2 years; however, if stored in airtight containers, such as glass jars, and kept in a cool, dark, dry place, the shelf life can be extended to 3-4 years. Our blends are created in small batches to ensure freshness. We use kraft bags with resealable ziplock closures to protect the contents from excessive exposure to light and moisture, preserving the freshness, aroma, and potency of our products.

Does pre-made tea require refrigeration?

Pre-made botanical tea typically does not require refrigeration if it is stored properly in a cool place and consumed within 24 hours. However, any leftover tea beyond 24 hours should be refrigerated and consumed within 2 to 4 days. Proper storage will help maintain the tea's flavor, aroma, and potency.

Will the taste change if I steep it overnight? 

If botanical tea steeps overnight, the taste can become stronger and more intense compared to a shorter steeping time. This prolonged steeping allows more of the flavors, oils, and compounds from the botanical ingredients to infuse into the water. For some herbal teas, a longer steeping time can enhance the medicinal properties.

Do I need to mix the contents prior to using?

Yes, give the bag a gentle shake to bring any berries or roots that have settled at the bottom to the top.

Do I need any special tools to brew a cup?

These tools will help you brew loose leaf tea effectively, ensuring a flavorful and enjoyable cup.

• A tablespoon to measure
• A tea kettle to boil water
• A tea ball, basket, or strainer to hold the loose-leaf tea
• A tea cup or mug – some come with a built-in infuser
• A tea cozy to cover the cup or teapot while the tea is steeping
• A French Press for making overnight larger batches

Are all of your products organic?

We strive to formulate our blends exclusively with organic botanicals whenever possible. In the event an organic ingredient is unavailable it will be substituted with a wild harvested botanical. For more information see our Purity Policy.

Why does it take so long for an item to come back in stock?

Naturally grown products can sometimes be out of stock due to the inherent unpredictability of agricultural conditions. Factors such as weather fluctuations, seasonal changes, pest infestations, and soil quality can significantly impact crop yields. Additionally, some botanicals are only available seasonally.

Does this tea blend contain anything artificial or sweeteners?

Absolutely not! All Behold Botanical Tea blends are 100% natural with no sweeteners of any kind.

Do you offer sample sizes of your products?

We do not at this time, but stay turned for updates!

Have the blends been tested?

Each blend underwent successful beta group testing for medicinal efficacy. Blends such as BodyBalance, VitalEve, StrongMind, and StrongHeart, which required longer testing periods to determine results, were tested for 30 days.

What results were documented during the 30-day beta group testing?

BodyBalance – the average weight loss, consuming 3 cups per day, was 7 lbs. 

VitalEve – the most commonly reported reversal of symptoms, consuming 3 cups per day, were relief from hot flashes, reduction of night sweats, balanced mood, increased energy, better sleep, improved outlook and an upswing in libido.
